Eye Cataract screening Camp on  Sept 17th, 17.

More than 100 people visited the free cataract screening camp held on Sept 17th , 2017 , organized in collaboration with the Sight for All Foundation in Delhi, India.

I will update when the surgeries have taken place.

Sight for All Foundation organized its first Free Cataract screening camp for the underprivileged on the 17th Sept at Kusumpur Pahadi. We saw a total of 108 patients out of which 15 were screened for cataract surgeries and the rest were cases of eye infections, allergies and refractive errors. Subsequently these 15 patients would be operated “Free of Cost” at our centre – iCare Centre, New Delhi.

I was suffering from cataract from last 3 years and became dependent on the very grandchildren who I was caretaker of. After surgery, I am able to work normally and play around with my grandchildren.
